Crankin it out!!!

   I have been on a slow rebuild and am just this week on course to be back to the 20 miles per week average. I have a hope to lose more poundage and run faster...this hope never leaves me!!
  This marathon training period has been the best I've ever done considering training, racing, and recovering. I am very pleased in how my body and mind held up.
  Something I have noticed....my mind seems reticent to the longer miles....I hope I overcome this because I will need some long runs pretty soon...have you ever experienced this mental block?
