Early as possible
I did it! I ran early...I was out the door by 7:30!! That is super early for me but the experience yesterday motivated me!! The humidity still slowed me down? My pace speeds are super slow and I needed to walk a couple of times? I will try to do the same thing tomorrow. I've been adding time last week and this week, my goal is to gradually get to around 20 miles a week and make that base camp for a while. I am not far from that goal! Must be careful, though! The achillies is not 100% yet.....might never be....but it's worth a try. I still am believing a marathon may be possible this year....37:13 today. Peace!

You're doing great! The humidity is definitely "thicker" in the morning around here, but it is still much more bearable than those high temps and sunshine later in the day.
Great job getting out there early before the onset of the day's heat and humidity set in. I'm so spoiled by not having much humidity but it does get really hot here so I understand how you feel. Hope the Achilles cooperates with the gradual miles...20 sounds like a great base camp # :).
Way to get out there early! I can't imagine the heat you get so earlier is definitely better. I like your goal of 20 miles/week. It is a good place to be and hopefully your achilles keeps getting better.
I can relate to feeling like your achilles might never be 100 percent (except it's the shin right now). At least you have a great attitude about things. That is one of my favorite things about your blog - your attitude!!
I always find early is better. Even if it's not because of the temp. It's done and nothing can happen during the day to make you miss your run. Keep it up!
