Pride is an awful thing!! It can drive you to the point of no return! I have had to swallow mine on many occasions! It can also keep a runner on the shelf. No racing, no speed work, no trophies!
I am reeling in again! Taking Anne's advice I'll flatten out and try to get completely healed. Feeling better today...got a half hour in of mostly flat.
Enjoying the Spring like weather!! Sunny skies...south breeze, sweet 60 degree temps!! The Bluebirds are giving us much joy today, too. I put up a new house for them and they are digging it! Today Mizzou plays #2 Kansas...GO TIGERS!! I love March Madness! Peace!

BS, my husband, took exactly one month off to get strong and heal up and he's back running now. I think Anne's advice is smart...hang in there!
this weather has certainly been a blessing! a reward for sticking out all those gray, dreary winter days perhaps? sure hope your heel starts feeling better -- this is the time for running not recovering! (c'mon heel, get with the program)
