Crazy weather! Trees are budding out and Robins are loading upon worms. Snakes have been sighted, willows are blooming...wow! I hope the hard freeze stays away but it is very unlikely.
I am running in February with shorts and t shirt!
Well I am not 100% yet but real close. Today was one of the best days of running in a while.
I'm up to 36 minutes of running today and will continue to increase. Hope you are well! Peace!

Why do we have to lose fitness when we find ourselves unable to train!? The body is a fickle thing! I have now been back at running (if you want to call it that) for 2 weeks. I am gradually increasing with my goal of reaching 20 miles a week. Then I can train to a goal race. I am not even 100% yet regarding the creepy crud that's going around but I am well enough to run. Oh, the weather has been record setting warm here! Lovin' it!! Hope you are well! Peace!

This crappy creeping crud has had me down for over two weeks! I'm normally very healthy but everybody in these parts is passing this stuff around! Plus I shake a lot of hands every week!
Anyway, I managed 1.5 miles today!!! I will return! Slow but sure wins the race....or so I'm told.
