Why do we have to lose fitness when we find ourselves unable to train!? The body is a fickle thing! I have now been back at running (if you want to call it that) for 2 weeks. I am gradually increasing with my goal of reaching 20 miles a week. Then I can train to a goal race. I am not even 100% yet regarding the creepy crud that's going around but I am well enough to run.
