No run today. It's okay...I was hoping for at least three to four miles but it wasn't in the cards. Too much stuff goin' on that I can't put in print. But if you are a Pastor you'd have a good idea...
I will try to get in a quality run tomorrow. Preferably 8 miles.

Life can get busy at times. Hopefully you can get through it without too much stress.
I know you must have loved Daytona this year! I didn't see any of it.
I have recovered great since the HoTC. I am still not running but I feel like I could run another Marathon today if I needed to. I will post about stuff later today.
