Distance is not the matter right now as it will be when training priorities flip, but time on feet is an important key right now. I've two weeks in and probably will stay right here until my tendinitis is completely healed. I noticed yesterday as I put on some dress pants that I've thinned a little! 43 minutes today, felt good.....if you're racing enjoy! I miss it! Hope to be able to run one before Summer is out...Peace!
