Caw ray Z!

  Just 8 days ago it was record low temps....-10 degrees....and today it's 60ish and the frogs are out!! As I ran past a local pond I heard  an amazing chorus by the Frog Choir! I'm thinking they are heralding Spring!!! Hurray! I continue to try running. I feel like I've gone lukewarm....yet the desire to stay thin compels me!!:) 3.47 miles today in the glorious sunshine!! Gorgeous spring weather here too... sadly it's going back to sub-freezing tomorrow! But we know the nicer temps are on the way.
