A beautiful day!! Practically perfect!! I managed 4+ miles today and I did run 30 minutes yesterday, so I have gotten back to my running plan. Run at least 30 minutes every day but Sunday. I actually had some fun with my running today, I ran some hills and trails around the house. Hope you have a great evening and happy Mothers day!!
