Long Run-


   Well I consider 8 miles a long run right now. I actually have run two 8 milers this week! I'm sitting in 25+ miles already this week! Tomorrow I'd like to run a short distance but make it a kind of tempo run. My feet seem to be holding up....my will power in regards to eating is weak! I need to cut out the sugar! Oh how I love sugar! Peace!

A little "speed"

   I like to use the treadmill at times for speed work. I have no real flat stretches out here, the speed on the mill is steady and you can...
