Still Springy
We are experiencing an early spring! Trees blooming and Robins singing! Heavy rains last night, sunshine....break out the lawnmower!
I am on a positive rebuild. Today I ran 4.4 miles in 45 minutes so that was a positive run! I had to skip my run yesterday because I felt terrible! Serious sinus headache! Better today!
