Getting up there


    So I was dealing with sinus but still decided to run....seemed to work it out and I feel much better.
 3.5 miles. Along with yesterdays 6.3 I am getting up to my usual training pattern. I seriously need to get serious about specific training!? What race am I running? I'm just not sure what to do but I will figure it out! Hope you are well! Peace!
