It's Winter

      So, if Winter is like today it will be great! 60 degrees!! I haven't posted much lately due to short treadmill runs and  a 5 day stretch where I didn't run!!
   Well the flu and other assorted sicknesses are making the rounds. I was terribly sick Monday but feel much better today so I ran outside for 30 minutes. Hope you are well! Peace!
