New Year!

     Wow! Truth: Time does fly! I haven't logged in for a while but I have been running! I have been managing 3-5 30 minute runs every week. So I've maintained.
   My wife has been really sick for two weeks. The flu is running wild in our neck of the woods. I had to take Sandy to the Urgent Care today. Lots of hacking and coughing and sneezing!
   I got home and went out for a 30 min run! Hugh cold front coming in, too! Hope you are well! Peace!
