No quit!


           So we got sick! My wife had everything in the book and I think I had a touch of the flu. It took me over two weeks to recover enough to work out. So, I have to rebuild slowly. I started with 20 minutes of run walk and will add a minute a day for a while. Hope you have avoided any of these nasty bugs flying about! Peace!
