           I think running is life changing! We see many people get off the couch and start moving but often they won't stick with running. They do too much too soon. Injuries and ignorance serve to dissuade their effort, thus they fall back into the sedentary lifestyle. Truly it's all about making running a part of you! Let it define you by it's result and influence. As it serves it's part it is not all encompassing! Keep balance in life and you will prevent debilitating injury!
