Amazing

     
     It is about 15 degrees cooler than recent run days. It's really amazing how much of a difference temps make...just a few degrees. So, I actually ran at a better tempo! Still terribly slow...I have been doing speed work, though. I expect to get back some of my speed. A pleasent 6 miler today! Hope you are well! Peace!
