Today it hit 76 degrees!!! Oh it felt so good! It is so easy to run in these temps! This is why I love Summer...it's my comfort zone....
So 32 minutes of running..all sub 10's, then a two mile walk with Sandy tonight after dinner, plus I planted 25 more trees! Come on Spring!! No hard freezes! Peace! BTW; four in a row!

Here by me winter is approaching although we still have 30°C (86F) forecast for the 50k race tomorrow.
Amen brother. I run as much as I can in the winter here in St. Louis but I am so ready for Spring. I have to be careful not to ramp up my miles too quickly. I love to see God's work and design this time of year when the trees start to bud and the grass and tulips start coming up out of the ground.
That is some warm weather. I don't think I'm ready for that yet!
