Summer!!
Oh Yes!!! I am so happy! Summer time weather is here!! We will be at or near 90 all week for the highs! It makes for such easy running! I love it!!! Managed 40 minutes today. I am trying to increase the time variable right now with speed work following on down the road. I may not be able to run tomorrow as I am considering a trip to Joplin. Hope all is well with you! Easy running and 90s? We are a different breed. :) It's way too hot for me, but I'm glad one of us is enjoying it. ;)
Warm weather sounds great! We have the big SD Rock and Roll Marathon here this Sunday and I know everyone is hoping the weather is chilly and over cast but I just love the heat...but I'm not running so I guess I better keep my thoughts to myself!
