Love Summer


        So I haven't posted in years....therefore it's doubtful anyone is reading this....sorry I have been absent. I went through a period of fighting heel troubles, Achilles issues....etc...
   Yet the desire to run helped me fight back and now I am back on the roads with consistency.
  I have been slowly rebuilding and now I am close to having a 100 mile month! Oh, I did surpass lifetime running mile 24,000 this month!!
   I am even dreaming about racing! Hope you are well! Peace!
