Early Bird-


    So I got out the door by 7:30am! Now that's early for this old bird! I usually run around 1pm but the heat and humidity is oppressive and dangerous right now.
   I managed 7.1 miles and finished drenched!
 I am on track for a good week! Hope all is well with you!
