A little "speed"

   I like to use the treadmill at times for speed work. I have no real flat stretches out here, the speed on the mill is steady and you can't slow down, plus it is easier on the body. I set the incline on 1 degree and try to maintain good form. I did a mile warm up and then 10X1 min at 6.8mph.
  This particular pace is my goal pace for the 5K. I think I could run a sub 28. Well we've got severe thunderstorms coming! Hope all is well with you! Peace!
