Time keeps on slippin'

  
     Yes, I am still running....too busy! I'm wanting to increase miles but life issues keep blocking my efforts! Oh well....I'll keep plugging along! 5.3 wonderful miles in warm sultry temps! Oh I love the warm weather! Hope all is well with you! Peace!
