Time trial

     I am aiming for a 5K so therefore I need to train race specific. Since a 5K is a short and fast effort I need some speed work. Sadly my speed work is not even my average training pace when I was a young man but such is the life of an older slow down!
   I was shooting for a 27:20ish 5K. I think this is now my range and I wasn't disappointed. I knocked off a 27:30! Now doubt I probably can run this a bit faster!!
   So I will try to lose more weight and keep the speed work coming! Hope you are well! Peace!
