Burnt Toast!
So the dew point is over the 70's making it very humid. I enjoyed the first three miles of running feeling quite strong and fresh then.....ugh! The humidity began to take its toll. The last 2.2 miles were strictly survival mode! But again...the reverse Milo effect is in play! Run in the heat of the day and race well! I'm up over 17 miles this week. Tomorrow HAS TO be an off day! I'm getting into that mode where I want to run every day but I know better deep down. Rest is an essential component in any training program. Hope all is well with you!
