Crazy!
Help! The weather is killing us! 65 one minute 32 the next! Wind, rain, freezing rain! AARGG!
I have still managed to fit in some runs in between the crazy weather. I continue add one minute each day and I'm up to 39 minutes. Feelin' pretty good, doin' my planks and trying to cut out junk calories! Hope you are well! Peace!
