The treadmill came in handy today! I needed a hard effort and since the weather was bad I jumped on the treadmill. I had a good warm up and did three miles under 9min/per mile. Finally got in the groove but it took a while? Total of 5 miles in 50 minutes. The hammies are unusually funky? I never have hamstring issues? I wonder if it's the hill work that is causing them to feel funky...tight, testy...no worries! I stretched them and feel okay. My old lap-top has finally died! I am typing on my new one and it's sweet! Hope you are well!

Do you feel like you are running extra fast on that thing? I get under a 9:00 mile and it feels like sprinting! Bizarre.
YES!! It felt like I was running 6 min miles....'bout died!LOL
that's how i feel on tm's too!! i just tell myself the calibration is off... haha.
All the uphills can certainly work your hammies. Great job on the treadmill.
